This SLA and Privacy Protocol outlines how textsignalhub operates under Italian and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) frameworks. All contractual systems conform strictly to the parameters detailed below.
1. GDPR Privacy & System Telemetry
Our main technical platform collects basic telemetry, organization node names, input parameters, and tracking metrics to coordinate custom copy production sequences. We do not distribute raw content analytics to unauthorized tracking domains.

2. Code & Content Licensing Agreements
When content architectures are compiled and finalized through our delivery stack, intellectual licensing is completely assigned to the client node. However, textsignalhub reserves the right to retain basic stylistic structures and lexical metadata patterns to maintain system-wide performance indexes.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our semantic networks to mass-produce spam nodes that degrade global search indexes.
3. Cookie & Analytical Parsers
We deploy localized session tokens (cookies) to register user preferences, remember consent status, and preserve interface configurations. By keeping our cookie architecture enabled, you agree to these operational tracking nodes.
4. Performance Guarantees & Refund SLA
All content builds undergo human optimization runs matching pre-configured semantic matrices. Due to the custom engineering integrated into each content batch, refunds are generally not deployed post-compilation. If structural deviations occur from initial project blueprints, textsignalhub will run a secondary correction cycle within 5 operational days at zero supplemental cost.
